Changing or requesting the password is a straightforward process, follow the steps below. Do you already have a password but don’t know how to login? Click here for an article with instructions for logging into Pterodactyl.
- Go to https://pterodactyl.proxweb.eu/
- Click on the Life Ring
- Enter your email address and press “Locate Account”.
- Check your inbox and possibly your SPAM folder. Press the button / link to reset your password.
- Now enter the same password at “Password” and “Confirm Password”.
- Press “Reset Account Password”
- Your password has now been reset, you can now log in with your new password.
